Georgi Petkov is the CEO of BTL Industries and part of the BTL group management. He joined the company in 2004 as Logistics Manager, two years later he became Operations Manager, and since 2011 he has held the position of CEO. He holds a Master’s degree in “Industry Management” from the Economic Academy “Dimitar Tsenov” – Svishtov. He speaks English, German and Russian.
Peter Borisov is an Associate Professor at the
Department of Management and Marketing at the Faculty of Economics of the
Agricultural University – Plovdiv, Doctor of Sciences since 2020. His profound
expertise in entrepreneurship, innovation and risk management. Peter
participated in several research projects funded within the Horizon 2020
programme and in the Operational Programme “Competitiveness” in
Bulgaria as a main manager of a project for the establishment of a Technology
Transfer Centre – Maritsa in Plovdiv. His book as co-author Achievements and
challenges in the food sector and rural areas in the 10 years after EU
enlargement has gained a lot of interest among European agriculture
education institutions and led to invitations for participation in a number of
Erasmus+ funded projects.
Now Peter teaches “Entrepreneurship and
Innovation” and “Agricultural Marketing” at the Agricultural
University – Plovdiv.
